Thibault de LISLE draws on a broad well of experience earned working with SMEs playing a role in their setting up, organisation and development, as well as restructuring, acquisitions and assistance during winding-up procedures.
As founding manager, he has grown accustomed to complex SME-SMI environments, playing an advisory role or assisting shareholders, managers and official receivers. He specialises in particular in all the functional activities at the operational core of business.
On several occasions he has provided guidance to companies facing insolvency proceedings (conciliation, ad hoc mandates, recovery plans, administration proceedings, voluntary agreements with creditors with ongoing trading, winding-up procedures).
The scope of these various assignments in guidance and interim management has given him in-depth knowledge in many fields of business.
